Please note that our average production time is 2-3 business days, and our shipping method may take an additional 8-12 business days to arrive. Typically, most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks from the order date. If you still haven’t received your order after that timeline, please reach out to us so we can look into your order further and resolve this for you. Unfortunately, sometimes USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx misplace packages. In cases like this, we will open a case with the shipping carrier on your behalf to try and locate your package. If the shipping carrier cannot locate your package, we will reproduce and reship your order at no additional cost to you.
Since our products are personalised, we are unable to make any changes once orders are in the production process. So we usually do not accept cancellations or changes once the order is placed and we start production.
